Host / Servers
- Male / Female, between 19-28 years old
- Minimum educational attainment: 2nd year college
- with pleasing personality, can relate to guests effectively
- can speak fluent conversational English
Bartenders
- 20 - 30 years of age
- Minimum educational attainment: 2nd year college
- pleasing personality, can relate to guests effectively
- can speak fluent conversational English
Line Cooks
- Male / Female
- with at least 1 year experience in any restaurant
- passionate, creative and dependable
Cashier / Administrative Assistant
- Female, preferably single, with pleasing personality
- with at least 1 year experience in a fast-casual dining restaurant
- can speak fluent conversational English
- familiar with POS machines
- trustworty and dependable, computer literacy an advantage
